Proposed amendment to the U.S. Constitution.  Final draft completed on Abolition Day, December 6, 2016.  (Written by volunteers of the Humane Party)  This proposed amendment can be used by any political party.  Note:  Section 1 of this Abolition Amendment also eradicates the cause in the 13th Amendment, for which slavery is still acceptable, in the case of incarcerated humans.
