Sept 19th – features my interviews with Scaughdt, as well as snippets of his messages on his website, Inspiring The Altruistic Moment. (On his 8/30/23 Blog, “z Whereabouts of mySelf”, we learn that in the last days of August 2023, the Numinous Nomad left Chattanooga, Tennessee.) Scaughdt is walking along America’s state highways, never asking anyone for food or shelter, carrying neither personal ID, camera, phone, computer, rain-gear, sleeping bag, money (nor accepting any money), and fasting until offered (vegan) food. This trek demonstrates his faith in radical kindness, consistent compassion and joyful self-sacrifice.
