December 1, 2017 ~ Interview with a Vegan couple in Latvia who are Vegan activists: Katrīna Krīgere and Aivars Andersons. This past summer, they hosted Latvia’s first Vegan Festival (with a crowd of 5,000 people). They are active in AR for circus animal; and as a result, wild animals in circuses have now been banned in Latvia (as well as Estonia, India, and Italy).  Aivars and Katrina also work to transform animal agriculture to plant agriculture. They are  winners of the 2017 Lisa Shapiro Awards, celebrating unsung Vegan heroes, sponsored by The Pollination Project.
