My basic tofu scramble recipe is as follows: Press/drain a block of firm organic tofu. Crumble into a frying pan on med-heat. Toss around until warmed and starting to dry a bit. Add in 1 tbsp of vegan butter, let it melt in. Add 2 tbsp of non-dairy milk to hydrate. Sprinkle turmeric for some color.
Add in a lil handful of shredded non-dairy cheddar, 2 tsp-ish of maple syrup, a sprinkle of nooch (nutritional yeast for you normies,) sea salt, & black pepper.

Perfectly sweet, salty, cheesy, buttery, and moist scramble.
