Dr. Susan Craig, a retired teacher, school principal, school district administrator and professor, now owns and operates Happy Chihuahua Acres, a 41.3 acre off-grid solar-powered Certified Veganic mini-farm and private animal sanctuary located in rural Northern California. She is a World Peace Diet Facilitator and runs the weekly online book study, The World Peace Diet. Susan is also a founding member and grant director at NAVCS (North American Veganic Certification Standard), a volunteer-run, grant funding organization supporting worldwide veganic farming initiatives.
